Purposes of processing

Brons Atelier BVBA collects and processes the personal information of clients for client and order management (including client administration, monitoring orders/deliveries, invoicing, monitoring creditworthiness, profiling and the sending of marketing and personalised advertising).

Legal basis for processing

Personal information is processed on the basis of authorisation under article 6.1.(a) of the General Data Protection Regulation.
The customer always has the right to withdraw authorisation previously given.

The personal information is not transferred to third parties.

Retention period

The personal information processed for client management will be retained for the duration required to complty with statutory requirements (inter alia as concerns bookkeeping).

Rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and the portability of personal information

Clients have at all times the right to access their personal information and to rectify it or have it rectified if it is incorrect or incomplete, tp erase it, to restrict its processing and to raise objections to the processing of personal information concerning them on the basis of article 6.1 (e) or (f), including profiling on the basis of these provisions.
Clients also have the right to obtain a copy (in a structured, current and mechanically readable form) of their personal information and to send the personal information to another company.
